Working with key stakeholders at Woolworths to produce designs for testing with participants. Producing sets of user journey flows to map out potential pathways a user may go through which included consumer and merchant journeys. Low-fidelity mock-ups were designed with the user journey flows to inform the design. The low-fidelity mock-ups were further refined into click-through prototypes that could be utilised in user testing sessions with participants for further feedback. Finally, a synthesis of the data collected from the testing sessions from participants, to present key findings along with recommendations to address any issues presented to improve the user experience.
