Part of the experience design team from the discovery to design phase of this engagement with CPA Australia. The experience design team collaborated in tandem with a technical team who were responsible for reviewing technological feasibility to understand possible technical constraints while designing. Both teams reported to a key stakeholder from CPA Australia that acted as the product owner, operating in an agile environment.
Concept proposal to update product at CPA Australia. The current product was audited through a heuristic review providing key insights and potential recommendations to findings. The existing research was reviewed to understand the uses of the product and explore opportunities. A review of the current market landscape was conducted to understand how CPA Australia’s product fit in the market. Interviews with key stakeholders at CPA Australia were conducted during the discovery phase. Facilitation of a co-design workshop with key stakeholders at CPA Australia from different business units to explore opportunities. The concept design process went through low-fidelity paper prototyping to a mid-fidelity clickable prototype working with an existing design system CPA Australia provided. Testing the mid-fidelity prototype in multiple usability testing sessions with participants from CPA Australia’s member base.
