UX/UI Design and Information Architecture audit

Integrated within the CommBroker Experience Innovation squad, reporting to the Senior Chapter Lead. Working with stakeholders to align wider strategies to produce conceptual designs for a proposed new site that aims to improve the usability of the current site. Working in CBA’s agile methodologies and attending squad rituals.

Content audit of existing site was carried out to develop a new site to uplift the UI/UX experience to design two sites for public access and authenticated access. Collaborating with squad members in different fields including engineers to designers and liaising with the core UI team to form a working relationship to ensure design work is consistent with current design systems and wider brand.
